In general the study of the chakra system teaches us the Liberating current, moving up through the chakras from root to crown, towards freedom, expansion, universality of the Mind and spirit.
To manifest our desires we need structure, boundaries, stability and to limit other activity to allow us long enough time to complete and create something tangible.
